It offers you a personalised workout in your chosen location around London allowing you to see the city and get some serious cardio all at the same time - perfect for all you multi-taskers! You simply tell us the area where you would like your run to begin and end together with your level of fitness and we will design a bespoke running route and exercise programme. During your session you will run, box and perform strength exercises in your chosen location as well as soak up the views of your choice. As a final touch, if desired, we can also enter you for a 5K or 10K race (or longer distance should you require!) to be completed at the end of your sessions. Still not convinced?
