The Ultimate Resolution Includes:
- An initial, and exclusive, MYB health check at our medical centre, Preventicum.
- A consultation with your MYB trainer to ascertain your health & fitness goals and to answer any questions you may have about the personal training process.
- Your personal trainer will then arrive at your door 4 times per week (at the times agreed with you) for a 60-minute intense workout tailored to your specific requirements.
- All of your required food will be delivered, prepared, to your door 6 days per week. The 7th day is when you have your cheat meal!
- At the end of your six-week programme, a final health check at Preventicum including a comparison report for you to take home and see the benefits of your efforts.
Each Resolution client will also be given a personal training programme
in order to keep up the good work. We are also happy to work with you
to update this on a regular basis as part of our normal personal training
