Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to fill in our health questionnaire. Initial consultation. During your free consultation we will go through your questionnaire and discuss your individual requirements. Session one: Health tests. During your first session, your trainer will check your heart rate and blood pressure, weigh and measure you and carry out fitness and strength tests. Your programme will be written based on the results and updated monthly as you progress towards your goals. Session two: Training
At the second session you will be given your test results and your personal at-home training programme will be explained to you. You will also receive our nutritional guidelines and food diary. |
